These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the Rooted mobile application (the "Service") operated by Nikhil Parmar, operating as a sole trader ("us", "we", or "our").
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Rooted mobile application (the "Service").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Some parts of the Service (the "Rooted Premium Services") are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). An Apple iTunes or Google Play account is required to process the payment for your Subscription. Subscriptions are paid in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
At the end of each Billing Cycle, the Subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off in your iTunes or Google Play account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time through your iTunes or Google Play account settings, in which case your membership will still be valid for the Billing Cycle you have already paid for.
You hereby explicitly consent to start using the Rooted Premium Services immediately upon starting your Subscription.
We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Rooted uses an advanced diagnostic scanner and automated algorithms to evaluate metrics like plant health grades, hydration indices, foliage quality, light adequacy, and pest risks.
IMPORTANT: The Service provides automated, AI-driven estimations, tracking tools, and educational insights only. It does not constitute professional botanical, horticultural, agricultural, or toxicological advice.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the diagnostic scanner. Plants are biological entities influenced by complex, localized variables that an app scanner cannot fully capture. You assume total responsibility and risk for the survival, health, watering schedules, and treatment of your plants. We are not liable for the death, damage, or decline of any flora, crops, or houseplants registered in or tracked by the Service.
